        Terrible experience at the end of the lease . Never missed a payment, always on time , and left the apartment like I first got it but because I was out of town and never got a email or call about my 60 day notice of not renewing, I was charged close to 900$ for them having to find someone new to lease to. Because some how its my responsibility for them to search for new tenants when they already have rooms empty . They said I got a letter but like I said I was out of town and even let them know about it but I guess it got lost . Decent place to live but MAKE SURE TO LET THEM KNOW that you wont renew or you will be charged for not living there .

        I have just celebrated my one year anniversary with Park Place. This is a lovely place to call home. Staff goes the extra mile to assist you with any issues you might have. They have events to allow tenants to get to know one another. I highly recommend.

        The place I got is great and Shaniece and the other ladies in the office were not only helpful but went above and beyond what they actually have to do for a tenant thank you ladies
