        Living on the fourth floor overlooking the city fountain has its positive sides.... I usually dont leave reviews with open complaints but have to say that this apartment complex is definitely lacking in professionalism in every single area.! Belmont appears to be Wonderful from the outside looking in but after living here for a year, I have an entirely different opinion.
