Steve was very thorough and paid close attention to details. His inspection included pictures, explanations of his findings, and suggestions for repairs. Steve is a former contractor, so he is very knowledgeable of homes and their structures. He even gave me a little history lesson on the materials used on the older model home I’m buying! As an educator, I truly appreciated that!

I hesitate to give 3 stars instead of 1 here, but maybe he was having an off day. We had Steve inspect the house we bought back in May, and since then we have had to pay 3 different repair people, an electrician, a plumber, and an AT&T repair guy, to fix issues that literally every single one of them said "your inspector should have found." We are usually pretty handy too - these issues required us to hire experts to fix. Overall we are out around $1000 for things we could have easily had the seller fix before buying our home.
On top of this, after we had the inspection done, our real estate agent said she would have warned against using this company if she had known. She apparently had heard negative things, whatever that means.
He offered a competitive price - we should have gone with a higher priced more well-reviewed inspector.

They say there is no substitute for experience! Steve proves this over and over. He has inspected over 15 different homes for me over the past 14 years and saved me millions of dollars in potential purchase mistakes. The man's knowledge of building/construction is incredible! With out a doubt the best in Coweta & Fayette counties.
