We engaged Richard to preform an inspection of our house because we had an eleven month follow up with our builder. He was on time and prepared to start the inspection. However, he first reviewed his processes for accomplishing a thorough inspection and providing me a report. He had all the tools and equipment to accomplish all tasks. His report was professional and through, and included pictures. He prioritized items for follow up. He also provided general advice for communicating with the builders representative. As a result of his efforts our eleven month follow up went well. I would highly recommend Richard.

Utilized Richard's services to prepare for a warranty follow-up with my builder and was extremely satisfied. Followed up to confirm the appointment, arrived on time and took his time to complete a detailed inspection. He went through my attic in great detail finding trusses that needed to be repaired. Truly had my interest as the homeowner as the focus. Richard also took the time to point out items that more for my knowledge in maintenance of my new home which was helpful. After completing the inspection he reviewed his findings in great detail with excellent photos already marked. To wrap things up Richard provide my report the same day! I had my brother who is a realtor and manages properties review my report and he commented how it was one of the best he has seen.
