The fact Im pregnant and struggling at the moment I feel like everything is excuses.Im due in 2 months and have to be out a month before hand I feel honestly things couldve been handled better cause its not easy finding places in spring time and the management could be better on their game it was better when Ashley was in the office honestlyThan again I feel like its favoritism here in Newark so I mean its nice to stay here when you need a place to stay.but the rules smh its cra cra honestly

Rude and nasty landlords and office staff. Prices are unreasonable, live here only if you cant go anywhere else.

Terrible , terrible , TERRIBLE. Id recommend anywhere else but this place. They are so nosey and rude. Had my roommate take pictures of all my guests license plates, asked her who i had over and how often, and showed up to the home on multiple occasions to check on us. We got inspections and notices to enter the premises every single month of living here. Got accused of not picking up after my dog, when it was in fact the neighbors who werent picking up after their dogs , and they tried to charge me a fee for it. I had an awful roommate who refused to watch my dog when I got called in to work a 16 hour shift and i had no one to watch my dog so he chewed a hole in the carpet. the hole was tiny and fixable yet they charged me over $1k. Not to mention , they were painting the front doors and took something off our door which caused it not to lock, we informed them immediately, and it took 4 days for someone to come and fix it. As 2 teenage girls not too familiar with the area , this was infuriating. Unsafe and inconsiderate. 4 nights asleep with the door unlocked. Bottom line , this was a terrible experience and for anyone looking to live here , take all of this into consideration first. they want your money and do not care about you !
