        Genuinely warning you now in case you apply, they dont disclose to you that on top of rent theres additional monthly fees (not even involving utilities which arent included either) that go on top of the rent, turning the 725 monthly rent into a 760 something monthly payment. Seemed sketchy that they didnt feel the need to make people aware of that before paying the 40$ application fee and if youre in my situation a 200$ apartment holding fee before even receiving the lease. Needless to say, I didnt end up signing the lease!

        I live here. Maintenance can take a bit to get to you but they get it done. Storm damage hasn't been fixed.
