Very unprofessional. We applied for a one bedroom apartment providing all the documents they needed. Before applying there we described everything about our situation and they encouraged us to apply. They didnt respond after that. They replied after 10 days of course denying our application. Moreover they said they didnt have any power supply (due to the thunderstorm) for days( 10 days) to respond to our applications.
