Prior to working with Lease & LaBau, I had never worked with an employment agency before. Admittedly, I was a bit apprehensive at the prospects. However, from my first phone calls with Christina and Linda, I knew I was in the right hands. Over the years I had twice an extremely bad experience with Christina Scott. Very unprofessional, promising and never deliver. First, she called me at the agency, few years ago, kept me for a while and promising to submit my resume for a position that she had, but I never heard from her again. Last week she call me with a position very suitable for my experience and background. She asked to send my resume and I never heard again. I called leaving messages and even if the number was for her direct line, she never picked up. When I insisted and left messages with her co-worker, she sent a short email that the position has been filled. Horrible attitude and lack of professionalism!

I came across a position that interested me on Lease & LaBau's site. The next day I heard from Ciara and the process moved fairly quickly from there. Ciara and Lisa took the time to understand my background and walked me through the entire process. Ciara is extremely thorough, helpful, and a pleasure to work with! They are amazing! I’ve worked with many recruiters and the team at Lease and Labau is by far the best I’ve worked with. They are helpful, accommodating and extremely nice. They aren’t pushy at all which was a breath of fresh air! I would definitely recommend.
