        I submitted everything they needed, and as they claimed they would, they were supposed to get back to me. However, it has been almost a month, and no one has responded. I called them last week or the week before, and they assured me that they received everything and would get back to me, but nothing happened. Their correspondence has been the worst. If you're looking to get things done, I advise against going to this agency. Instead, I highly recommend Household Staffing, Nannies by Noa, and Nanny City. This agency doesnt deserve even 1 star.

        Paid a very large fee, they pushed us to hire the first person we interviewed, it was very clear that the nanny was not a fit, asked them to help us find a replacement, they made absolutely no effort to help us find a replacement.
