Good location, but terrible sleeping experience. It’s probably the least comfortable 3-star hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The beds are not soft, the pillows are way old (even worse then the cheapest one from IKEA), the comforter is way over washed and too thin to keep any warmth. The AC (heater) is way too noisy in the room.
I like Hyatt overall, but I could not have any good sleep there.

Where do I start.. The hospitality in this hotel has been nothing short of "Service Excellence". We had the pleasure to meet Judy Rosario, the supervisor, who checked us in upon arrival. Judy has been extremely helpful and kind. We had a small hiccup with our reservation, because we booked through a third party website, but Judy patiently resolve the issue and made sure my mom, my sister and I start our NYC experience with a smile. She is a gem!
The rooms are spacious, clean and super comfortable. My room has a view of the Empire State Building. The restaurant staff is extremely attentive to every detail and very professional. The food is great, thanks to Chef Sean, and everyone's palette was satisfied with the AMAZING food. Shout out to Kevin, the young gentleman, who served us dinner and drinks at the restaurant and Pedro the kind and helpful gentleman at breakfast service . Both gentlemen were very professional, patient and polite. They all make you feel welcomed and at home.
We are absolutely in love with this hotel and the staff. We will definitely be coming back!
