        We have been staying at The Heritage for over 6 years, 4 to 5 times a year. The staff is always helpful and friendly and we have come to know them on a personal basis. The location is excellent and close to many restaurants and the theater district. The room is always clean and comfortable it's always a pleasure to stay at the Heritage.

        UPDATE: After many trips to New York and always staying at the Heritage, this hotel became our home away from home. The friendly staff, clean and comfortable accommodations, and extremely convenient location make this a huge value! We always stay here when we come to New York. The hotel is going through renovations and the new rooms are beautiful! The convenient location and friendly staff keep us returning trip after trip.

        Small and very cold. The heating appliance is dated and cannot keep the rooms warm. There tends to be a strange odour but the rooms are clean. It's cheap but ruined the trip given the discomfort. Rooms: Cramped and smelly.
