        The apartments are decent but the landlord is an ugly person.

        My mom has been living there for almost 2 years. The landlord/owner has been very kind and nice to her. She loves her apartment, it's affordable, quiet area for the most part. Some ankle dogs that bark and yap. Kids in the summer time. It is an apartment. Some upstairs and some downstairs. No townhouses. They are all flats. They fix things if they break and are quite tolerant in my opinion. I would rent there.
