I'm sorry to hear about your experience and I hope I am able clarify the parking rules and regulations. Tanglewood is a community that allows Registered Residents Only to park on property. Towing is enforced on our community 24/7 to ensure parking rules are followed. Every vehicle is required to be registered with the leasing office and to have a valid parking permit, or temporary parking tag displayed in the windshield of your vehicle at all times while on property. Handicap spots, reserved spots, as well as fire lanes and no parking zones are marked through property and follow the Parking Agreement rules as well as the City of Westwego Rules and are also enforced 24/7. Guest parking tags and temporary parking permits can be obtained in the leasing office. Guests vehicles and unregistered vehicles are also allowed to temporarily be parked on property in guest parking spots and in visitor/future resident parking is also available in front of the leasing office when spots are available.
