Connecting Point Computer Centers

so i went in because my gaming computer started overheating and crashing out so i took it to them for a full check out because i already knew i had to get some parts replaced. it took about 2-3 weeks for a full repairs and part deliveries (could've been shorter but i wanted to make sure everything was updated like BIOS drive ETC)i needed new thermal paste and a whole new motherboard. Tyler the one who repaired my laptop did a amazing job. i was able to run Overwatch on it again without it overheating and crashing out (would still get hot but only because Alienware laptops usually hot, but not overheating hot) which was awesome would definitely come back for any repairs or cleaning

Took my gaming laptop in to get repaired and this business is great! My computer was fixed in one day and they were friendly and organized. Would definitely recommend.

Mike is a true professional he was able to figure out what was wrong with my pc in a few hours and have it ready to pick up same day also when I got home he helped me flash the bios and clean up my computer with different software he also updated all my drivers for my cpu. connecting point computer center is the place to go with any issues
