Dollar Car Rental - Nashville International Airport

The worst! The wait in line for a reserved, pre-paid car was more than an hour and a half. ZERO information from the agents about the wait. When finally my turn, the agent told me they had no cars. Feel sorry for the agents working for an unconscionable company. Dollar is not in the car rental biz; they are in the ruin your vacation biz. Not even a whisper of were sorry well refund you. It was Call the company. Youre standing in front of someone who works for company, but cant provide what you paid for or refund you. Horrible experience. Contacting the head of the airport and the mayor of Nashville. Truly a stain on Nashville. Gotta go call the company. Wish me luck getting my money back. Signed : Stranded

Cheap for a reason - Incredibly long wait times at the counter - 45 minutes or more all the time. Problem with my billing and no way to call a human, so I messaged online and got short, incomplete responses that were not helpful and did not answer my questions, went back to the counter and waited in that long line to talk about my bill and they said they couldn't help and I had to call the 800 number, which I've been doing for a week and there's no way to talk to a person.

Checked in online to skip the line, went to the garage as directed to find an empty booth. Spoke to the Hertz car rental booth which was actually staffed and found out the dollar garage booth is never staffed and myself, along with others that checked in online would have to go back into the airport and wait in the extremely long line to get our rental. Definitely won't be using Dollar again.
