Flood Pro, LLC has worked with Jack Ward Plumbing for many years. Jack Ward Plumbing is quick to respond, especially in emergency situations. The technicians are professional and knowledgeable. The entire team at Jack Ward Plumbing has excellent communication and customer service. I would recommend their services to anyone!

A+ service! I came home after being away to find a busted pipe under my sink flooding my kitchen - the kind lady I spoke with on the phone made me top priority and had someone call me within about five minutes. Jonathan was awesome and got my problem fixed quickly and professionally. Can't recommend enough!

Unfortunately cannot recommend Jack Ward based on my experience with them. First off, they ARE responsive and managed to send someone out to the property very quickly when water started leaking out through the ceiling and light fixtures. I enjoyed working with their techs and team at the beginning of our plumbing issue. However, they blamed it on clogs (which was potentially a small part of the problem) that then magically reappeared just a few days later. After 4 visits to the property and ~$2600 the problem was unresolved. Moreover, on their last visit, they removed the toilet to put a camera down the drain system and didn't reseal the toilet when they were done the inhabitants came back and used the toilet and water ran all out of the base. With repeat visits clearly not solving the issue as water kept coming through the ceiling after using the upstairs shower and toilet system, they were unwilling to work with me on price or acknowledge that their "solutions" were not addressing the core issue. They also did not believe the tenants, who are generally knowledgeable about home repairs, when they disputed that this much water coming out of the ceiling could just be caused by clogs that were re-appearing days after clearing them.
I used a different plumber and they immediately recognized that the plumbing system was not properly vented and was disrupting the draining pressure. So far we have not had any incidents after the other plumbing group's work.
