We were very overcharged for a repair. Our normal go-to handyman was unavailable so we called Bellevue First Plumbing. Our normal repairman told us it was an easy job to replace a broken toilet flange and that the part was only $11 at Home Depot. Unfortunately, because of a miscommunication between my husband, who arranged the service call by Bellevue First Plumbing, and myself, who was the one at home when he came, I didn't ask for a quote first. The repairman was here for one hour. We were charged $460. Ultimately, it was our fault for not getting an estimate before the work was done. But, I also feel this was dishonest on the part of the plumbing company. Service: Toilet repair
