The technician came and said there is issue from your end and we will do this free this time and from next time it will not cover under warranty. After 2 weeks I received a $150 invoice. They did not gave me a prior information if something is wrong from your end we will charge you for the visit.

Do not use this company. They used a galvanized connection to link the water line of my new house to the city line. They do not honor their work. The receptionist acts as if she is doing you a favor answering the phone. Very poor run company. They deserve a zero rating.

This is by far the worst plumbing company. They do not use anyone that even has the slightest idea of what they are doing. They do not stand behind any of their work and warranty is like pulling teeth to even get someone on the phone. They do not care about any of there customers just getting paid. Run the other way as fast as you can if you see them coming. HORRIBLE plumbers. Not even worth a half star.
