Showed up Friday 3/29, note on the door closed all day for Good Friday. But normal business hours Saturday 3/30 10am-5pm. Showed up, note has been removed, now a sign be back soon 12:50pm, assuming lunch. Now 4pm, no one in the office.

Been here 10 years just renew my leases! Ken and Shantez has been the best offices staff since I been here. I really appreciate them and the care they have for Spring lake Apartments! They make you feel so welcome
Will recommend to anyone.

Update 3/11/24: ive been here a few months and honestly, my experience is still five stars. I havent had any major issues with my unit. No bug problems or anything like that. (Ive seen 1 roach & 1 spider in 5 months). Any of the minor stuff Ive called about has been fixed promptly and the few times Ive had to stop by the leasing office, Schantez has always been super helpful and kind. She goes above and beyond for the residents and I really appreciate it!

Chantez & Tiara are amazing! From my first call a few weeks ago to my move in today, the Spring Lake team had gone above and beyond. I am so excited to live here and Im grateful to have worked with leasing staff who are genuine and highly skilled. My application process was smooth, the leasing team communicated with me at every step and my apartment was throughly cleaned before I moved in. What more could you ask for?

I recently came upon this apartment complex by chance and I am ELATED that I did! I came in a little nervous, being a walk in to hopefully view a unit and check in person for availability, but that completely melted away by the smiles of Mr. Kenneth and the assistant manager, Ms. Shantel. They were both so warming, welcoming, and definitely sweethearts. I was thankfully able to get all the information I needed and was able to view an available unit. It was an amazing view with even more amazing landscaping! I appreciate the time and patience that Mr. Kenneth had with me on viewing the place and letting me imagine myself there with my own floor plan. When entering the complex, it says Welcome Home. At this point, I believe I am.
