This is my second year living here and it hasnt been bad at all to me. Anytime Ive had maintenance requests they have been handled same day or the day after. My building is quiet and my neighbors are friendly. I would like to see some renovations done though because the units are a bit dated and rent has increased. Shon in the front office is very pleasant and always willing to help. Any issues Ive had she made sure to communicate with me until its resolved. Overall this is a quiet, decent neighborhood from my experience.

Im pleased to give my opinion about Oak Ridge Trace Apartments. Since the very first day it has been such a Blessing to come home to peace and quiet. The apartments grounds are kept up your neighborhood are so friendly trust me when I sayi if there is a problem they are on time to fix any thing that you may have a problem with. If you're looking for a forever home please look no further this is the place to call your home and the staff are friendly and respectful. I love it here my forever home
