I really don't no where to start but i can say this the new manager Akeel,has a very nasty attitude he have a habit of yelling an talking loud he talks to people like they are kids,Its sad these companies put people in the seats an do not evaluate them we the ones should be mad & yelling the rent high an the trash is hideous an on top of that ppl(I'm the people ) cars get stolen an you go to the office to tell him he have a attitude,not yet he told me to come look at the cameras to give report to Clayton co these apartments will loose alot of people because of him an on top of that enough is enough corporate has been call an i will be seeking someone to file a complaint on him..

I say that I was prepared to move out when my lease was up this February. But thanks to the new owners I'm ready to sign my new lease. Not only have they been on point with any and all of my maintenance request unlike past owners. They have worked with me during these past few months with my rent due to job rated issues. Management is always friendly and willing to help if you just ask. I can't complain one bit since RJ properties has taken over. Especially in times where rent is astronomical and most can't afford it the fact that I'm looking at affordable monthly rent is a god send. I'm just grateful for them I don't think they understand. I wish more businesses was like this, because everyone needs help at some point. Ok I'm done. Lol

I just moved into my new apartment and it is also my first apartment. I got blessed choosing Hampton downs, I love this neighborhood. It's been so quiet and my apartment has a lot of space, nice size tub and is clean I love it.
