Had an early morning flight and took the airport shuttle from the hotel. The shuttle driver dropped my wifes neck pillow in the back of the shuttle. We called the hotel within the hour, and they indicated they had possession of the neck pillow and we could pick it up when we returned to Raleigh. As we departed California to return to Raleigh I called ahead and was told they had the pillow behind the counter. We arrived at midnight, only to find that no one could find the pillow. We had a 2 1/2 hour drive home that evening. When I called back to the hotel the next day, I was told that they had found the pillow and they asked me to send a prepaid shipping label to them. I told them I felt that was not proper since they told me they had possession of the pillow only to somehow lose it temporarily. I was given the number of the manager of the hotel; that she was the only one who could authorize the hotel to pay to ship our pillow. I left a message on Fatima Elmachatts machine and I never heard back.

Our recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Raleigh, North Carolina, turned out to be a much-needed respite after a challenging journey.
After encountering technical issues that caused us to miss most of the 200th anniversary parade in Savannah, we arrived at the hotel late in the evening feeling exhausted and frustrated.
However, our experience at the Hilton Garden Inn quickly turned our mood around.
Upon entering the hotel, we were warmly greeted by Carl at the front desk. His pleasant demeanor and engaging conversation were a breath of fresh air after our long day. Carl quickly noticed our frustration and took it upon himself to ensure our check-in process was smooth and efficient. While also giving two cold water bottles to set the pace.
We had booked adjoining rooms for our family, and Carl made sure everything was in order, providing clear instructions on wake-up calls, late check-outs, and breakfast options for the following morning.
Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing the perfect environment for a good night's sleep.
Being able to easily move between rooms allowed us to spend quality time with our grandchildren, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
The following morning, we were pleasantly surprised by an on-time wake-up call, as promised by Carl.
As we prepared for the day ahead, we had the opportunity to explore the hotel further and found Carl once again at the front desk, ready to assist guests with a smile. His presence and dedication to his role were truly commendable and added to the positive atmosphere of the hotel.
While we opted not to partake in the breakfast offerings due to personal preferences and dietary considerations, we appreciated the variety of options available to guests, ensuring that all Hilton Honors members could find something to suit their tastes.
Overall, our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh North Carolina exceeded our expectations.
The attentive service provided by Carl and the rest of the staff, combined with the clean and comfortable accommodations, made for a memorable and relaxing experience.
We would like to extend our gratitude to Carl and everyone else who contributed to making our stay enjoyable and filled with warm memories.
Our only suggestion would be more pillows and Add to the Quantity of the in room coffee selections amenities
