        If I could give no stars I would my friend (inmate) tries to call and I repeatedly tried to pay for the call never let me pay and rejected the call now say I need to verify my phone in order to receive more calls but there system isn't working at all

        WOULD GIVE IT A NO STARES IF I COULD. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM. DO SOME DIGGING ON INTERNET AND YOU CAN FIND A FEW LAWSUITS OUT THERE. ONE OF THEM BEING NOT GIVIING PEOPLE THERE REFUNDS. WHEN YOU TRY AND CALL AND ASK TO SPECK TO SUPERVISER THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR HOURS HOPING YOU WILL HAND UP . I HAVE BEEN ONHOLD FOR 1HOUR AND 22 MINTUIES. I GOT ALL DAY TO HANG ON PHONE UNTILL THEY ANSWER. THE FCC WILL BE MY NEXT CALL ABOUT THIS COMPANY. WE AS CUSTOMER ARE ALL READY STRESSED OUT ABOUT A LOVED ONE BEING IN JAIL AND TOO HAVE THIS SCAM COMPAY TO NOT REPAY US ARE MONEY IS JUST WRONG.
