Service was outstanding. I left there with all issues resolved. Their tech expertise enabled them to help me within expected timeframe. Kudos for a job well done!😀

HORRIBLE - First of all is it customary to not carry ANYTHING related to any of the phones sold in the store? (I.e. TYPE C headphone jack connectors? ) How about "Oh we aint got those here go bestbuy" Is my money not good enough for you??? 2nd of all I spent the later half of my day on the phone with Tmobile AND Apple to replace an ITEM that I bought IN STORE today 6/12/2019 to the tune of 109.99$ that did not work. - NO I WILL NOT EVER RETURN and SUGGEST NOBODY ELSE DOES IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE TRASH. 3RD - WHEN I walked in the store there was 1 scared guy, 1 lady wandering around and 2 people that smiled. ONE of these 4 people greeted me and that was fine, that was enough, but when you act like someone doesn't plan to purchase or do anything, you instantly KILL the mood and happiness that person has if any. I did not allow the clerk to set anything up because I felt extremely UNWELCOME and wanted to get out as the atmosphere felt extremely hostile. I HAD TO ASK THEM IF THEY SOLD BLU TOOTH HEADSETS BECAUSE THEY WEREN'T EVEN GOING TO OFFER THEM TOO ME. I NOW have an 109.99$ in technology I have to wait 1-3 business days for a shipping box to APPLE so that APPLE can warranty them out and then god knows how long before I get them back, because I REFUSE to set foot in this store again with the way the clerk(s) behaved and made me feel. I AM NOT ever judgemental but I felt like I was a complete bother too the employees of this store who felt like they needed to be hostile.....
