We have been members for about three years and have saved a ton of money. We joined shortly before moving into a new home. We purchased new furniture, a washer and dryer, water softener and blinds. We are now finishing our basement and saving money on carpet, lighting fixtures, the fireplace, tile, plumbing fixtures, etc. We recouped our initial investment back right away and have saved thousands of dollars since then. The staff at the showroom are extremely helpful as well!

This is the scam of the century, their membership is very expensive and they do not delivered in any of their promises, this is the same scam as the timeshare of the 80's

We joined DirectBuy over 2 years ago. Initially I was very frustrated trying to find certain things so I gave up. Recently, we decided to remodel our kitchen so I decided to try DirectBuy again. I called to ask how to go about getting help and I was scheduled to see Trinette. WOW!!! What a different experience....she had been so helpful. I was a bit "all over the place" the 1st time we met - she was so patient! She had great ideas and really listened. I explained what I was looking for in a backsplash and she excused herself for a minute and brought back EXACTLY what I was looking for. I scheduled a 2nd appt and showed up a day early, since I was in town (I live in River Falls). Trinette was awesome and explained how much time she had available to spend with me as she had another scheduled appt. I totally appreciated that she gave me a time frame and was willing to be flexible with my showing up a day early!! Trinette has renewed my excitement about being a member of DirectBuy!
