Bought an amazing queen mattress here about 8 months ago and I've never had a bad night's sleep on it. Sadly, though, this location recently closed for whatever reason and the interior has been gutted out.

I probably enjoy shopping for a mattress about the same as shopping for a car. Ugh. But the associates at Restwell made for a comfortable (pun intended?) experience. After trying a few places around town, we found what we were looking for here and felt confident about our purchase.

Looking through a few old receipts, I noticed I purchased a Restwell Double Mattress and Box Spring from the Restwell Bed Store in Brooklyn Park MN back in 1995. Google only seems to show the one Bloomington location now, so I guess they downsized. I'm sure they still make mattresses to order, and the one I bought way back then sports a simple enough design with a commercial feel to the fabric, maybe mostly designed for hotel/motel use, or maybe just for people like me who go for good to great quality at a fair price. I flip it every 4 or 5 months and I also turn it front to back every half year or so too. It's still very comfortable and restful, never leaving me sore, and it's also still in great shape. I'm thinking I got a great deal on a mattress and box for under $400 way back then (actually $339, including tax), and I have to say it's one of those purchases that has saved me plenty since back in that day.
