Sleep Number

My family went in to learn more about sleep numbers and how the mattresses work and had a great experience. Travis, our salesperson was phenomenal at his job and was super kind to all the members our family. He was very knowledgeable and was eager to answer all of our questions. Great experience!

Our salesrep, Joon, was awesome. Not pushy even for a second. Very knowledgeable. Very professional. Very friendly. We really just stopped in to do some pricing, but walked out the proud new owners of your top of the line, king sized, split bed. The only thing I'm at all dissatisfied with is that due to the holiday rush, we cannot get delivery till January 5th, next year. That's over a month of waiting for it!!

Walked into the store as serious buyers that were potentially ready to walk out with a purchase of a new bed. We were the only ones in the store at around 11am this morning. The employee was doing something on the computer and did not even look at us or acknowledge our presence at all. We even gave him time by walking all the way to the back of the store before leaving. Very strange experience. It was as though we were invisible.
