        Very nice people! All the prices are great! They are open year round. And they are willing to test your water.

        Poor warranty support.. I bought a hot tub cover from them and it had some indents, I thought no big deal.. but then the leather started to degrade on the edges of the divets so I called. I was told that someone must have sat on it so they will not honor the warranty.. but then told me to unzip that'd side of the cover and flip it over.. so I did.. still has large wrinkles from the plastic liner inside. But besides all that, leather should not degrade after 8 months.. There are many other companies to check out, is this the kind of company you want to work with??

      Hello Roxanne!If there was an issue with the indentations on the cover the day it was received we should have been notified ASAP. I believe you waited 7 months to bring the issue to our attention. We sent the manufacturer the images you sent us and they refused to warranty a cover that has been in the field that long with no prior complaints. They were the ones who recommended flipping the foam inserts. Great idea if this would have happened before issues started with the exterior material of the cover. We tried our best to get the cover warrantied but they refused. We do not make these in house so the warranty is out of our control. We apologize again for what happened. The Pool Store
