We switched to Ecosmarte (from horrible chlorine) decates ago, and I can say that it has been absolutely FANTASTIC! Water stays pure! No chemical smell! No burning eyes or itchy skin.Super easy maintenance and the folks at Ecosmarte are very helpful and friendly.If you still have an ancient chlorine system in your pool, do yourself a tremendous favor and switch to Ecosmarte. I guarantee you will be as thrilled as my wife and family have been for all these years. I wish everyone could experience the difference between harsh chemicals and the silky smooth and wonderful pool water we have enjoyed for years! THANK YOU ECOSMARTE FOR HAVING THE BEST POOL WATER SYSTEM IN THE WORLD. YOU GUYS ARE GREAT.

We built our home in Lakeville, Minnesota in 2021 and took a chance on technology we were completely unaware of at the time by installing an ECOsmarte system for our household water, and also purchasing a Reflections spa/hot tub that came with the ECOsmarte water treatment system already built in. It's now 23 years later we absolutely could not be happier with our decision! The taste and feel of our household water has been consistently great, and the basically zero maintenance effort and cost-free usage has been fantastic. Not having to check or buy salt is such a bonus! Our hot tub is indoors in a basement setting, and with no need to add chemicals to our water we are spared the chlorine smell and the hassle of constantly monitoring the levels. Not to mention how much better it is for our skin, eyes, and hair! When I think of the amount of money we have saved on salt and chemicals between the two systems over 23 years, I'm sure they have paid for themselves more than a couple times over. The only repair has been the replacement of a dripping pvc plumbing shut-off valve in about year 19. I bought the part at Menards for about $6 and replaced it myself in 20 minutes. Even to this day, when I recommend the ECOsmarte system to friends, pretty much nobody knows what I'm talking about. (ECOsmarte is probably the best kept secret that shouldn't be). We have had two pools at two different houses using Ecosmarte. By far the best system with the best support. Every year we have had a few questions and they never stop helping you problem solveand they get it right! This year has been the best year with very little effort to keep our pool chemical free and clear as it can be! As a side note we have had other systems that required so many chemicals and the cost was outrageous to keep the pool clear. We would never use anything else again!

Long time Ecosmarte user here with a 24,000s gal gunite pool in the north east. I writing this review now because after 15years I did have an issue with my system and needed some help. I sent them an email on a Saturday eve and was surprised to find some answers, and some more questions in my in box Sunday morning. It did take a little back and forth but the problem was solved in a few days. A few things about this system. It is different from a chlorine pool and does require some different procedures. Our local pool store was not familiar with the system and was not able to help. They actually gave me advice that made it worse. I have found over the years that if you follow the proper procedures and use the proper chemicals when needed you end up with an easy to maintain crystal clear pool. Like just about anything these days it is important to follow procedures. No pool will ever be truly maintenance free but I have found our properly operated Ecosmarte pool to be much nicer than any chlorine pool I have been in and you can swim all day with your eyes open under water with no problems. I use the EcoSmarte App, the recommended test kits and chemicals and spend maybe 15 minutes a week on testing and maintenance. I for one would never go back to chlorine.
