Its a hit or miss, Ive had GREAT and absolutely terrible cuts here. The worst was the female with scissors tattooed on her hand. She didnt listen to anything I said and just kept cutting. My partner got his first haircut from her after being in the hospital for an extended period of time and she slipped and buzzed one stroke halfway up his head and THEN didnt say anything, just kept cutting it shorter and shorter. She didnt listen to anything. Anytime I go in if shes working I will wait for anyone else.

Got on the waitlist online at 2pm, was shown a 94 minute wait. Arrived at 3:05pm to find the gate closed, and the person working claiming no one was checked in online, and that they stopped accepting check-ins. Frustrating being lied to, especially dealing with parking and walking downtown for this location.

The first two times I got a haircut at the GC downtown location i have a nicely done job, just like I wanted. Then I came back a little after the pandemic and I got a not good hair cut. However I returned months later to see if they redeem themselves and got messed up again AND I have to pay cash because the money on my GC card Expired They Said! I never got my money back or a new card with the credit taken. Expired?? Come on!
