        So I drive in this mess of a parking lot to get into this u.P.S store because I need a notary. I get into the store and the guy says we only notarize some document. I ask well which documents do you?And he asked let me see your document and I'll tell you if I can do it. He decided no that he wasn't gonna do it. What a jerk. So I called the u p s store at centennial plaza in edina. Spoke with an incredible gentleman there.He said come right over.I'll get it signed right away. I don't even know what to say.

        If only I could leave zero stars!! The man that helped me there today was an absolute jerk. I dropped off 3 packages labeled and ready to go, one was overly long and I didn't have a box. I looked at 3 different places for a box but I couldn't find one. The item was 3 months old and the original box was long gone. I wrapped it in plastic and dropped it off. The employee said it was going to get damaged and I said I didn't care...the back story was too long to convey to the employee. He actually belittled me and said two wrongs don't make a right and continued to lecture me having no idea what the hell he was talking about. This was a horrible experience and I absolutely never want to go to this location again!! UPS look at the reviews and get this location fixed!!! Come on!!

        I would give a zero star if I could. This location and its drivers need to be investigated asap for stolen property. I dropped my package off at this location and three days later, it still hasn't been scanned and cannot be traced. When I called to speak to the manager, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He did not provide any help or an explanation of what happened to my package. This location is clearly stealing packages and based off other reviews, I'm not the only one. This was my first and last time using this location. An internal investigation needs to be conducted at this location to shut it down.
