Buyer Beware. Employee messed up our iPhone 13 so bad that not even corporate could fix it. After countless hours on the phone with them, we were put under the wrong promo and our old phones were traded for nothing. Unable to get our old phones back and now stuck on the wrong promo, T-Mobile just leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Go to any other service provider, because T-Mobiles discounted rates are NOT worth the absolutely terrible customer service and long term trouble they cause. You pay for what you get. A complete joke.

Love this store everyone knows what there doing. Its amazing when you can go into a store and get so happy and helpful staff that love what there doing. Upgraded my phones and they helped me move all my information over. Rowena the store manager is so present to deal with. Best T Mobile my family keeps going back.

Amazing Store Staff super friendly and professional, made my switch from Verizon Exceptional. I walked out with a free line and 3 free phones, what can be better than that. Rowena was so knowledgeable about all the products and listened to what I needed. Would recommend going to see her.
