Be Careful!: this UPS location is stealing/missing your products. I took to this location an amazon item to be returned(with AMZ prepaid return label), they weight the item, gave me the receipt, BUT NEVER SENT the product. Literally they STOLED IT. its been more than a month i haven't had a response.
I called them , and got horrible customer service. 1st they dropped off my call when i was explaining my problem. 2nd, they told me it was they UPS driver that took the item but never scanned it. 3rd. they told me I can not file a claim bc Amazon is the one need to do it. (But when calling Amazon supervisor they say the opposite)
Summarizing, This location is keeping your item, and not giving you the proper support. Pls dear Manager, take responsibility on your employees actions, you have cameras all over the place.
If I don't have any response in a short time, will be filing a claim with POLICE.

En mi caso fui a entregar unos cuantos paquetes de Amazon y el empleado Keven me ayudo maravillosamente durante el proceso.
Tiene 2 parqueos frente a la tienda, muy conveniente, esta localizado dentro del hotel DoubleTree y gracias a esto no hay lineas.
Se puede decir que este lugar es perfecto si quieres llegar y salir super rpido.
