Ali and the dinning room staff rate 5 stars...they are excellent! But the laundry facilities are dreadful....always broken down and machines not working properly....even after the laundry was closed for repairs......it doesn't work properly and at the high rate of pay, that's absurd! The laundry rates NO STARS! THE SAME WITH BATHROOM REPAIRS....it took a while to get it fixed properly! 1 star!

This is an amazing place. Im very impressed with the food and the attentive staff. The springs and ponds are beautiful and peaceful. Activities are very exciting and fun. Residents are friendly and warm. Lori the driver is very friendly and helpful. Sam and Pam the nurses are so caring and go the extra mile to ensure the best care provided for each resident.

If I could give a ZERO would!!! Im a private caregiver that goes into the brookdale springs mesa in mesa Arizona 6220 e Broadway is not where you want to put my loved ones at any time!!!! Regan the executive director is very unprofessional and rude!!! I had an encounter with him today and rudely spoke to me and mind you I dont work for them so has no right to instruct me to do anything nor talk to me in that matter as Im a private caregiver trying to help someone elses client not even mine and told me in a very rude matter your not needed in here anymore we got this!!!!!!

I DO NOT LIKE ROACHES. Secrets like this should have open discussion. Plus with all of the secrets, not coming forth I SHOULD receive my money back for actives that I didnt use because of my dependence. Thank you
