What good is offering a warranty on failed parts when you installed them but will not stand by them? I have a truck that came from your dealership that had an aftermarket leveling kit installed at your facility. The truck is now currently in Utah at another GMC dealership being repaired for the defective parts you installed. I understand not covering the labor that has been done by another dealership. I don't understand how you would not cover the parts that needed to be replaced because I don't currently have the truck in the state of Arizona. The facts are: a warranty is in place on these failed parts but you won't honor that because I'm in another state at a GMC dealership. Poor customer service.

I had a fantastic experience at Henry Brown GMC Buick. My experience first started off with Adrienne Cross, who is one of the finance managers, was an absolute boss, took care of all of my needs with a type of grace that only says experience. After I got my truck I had a couple things I needed to get taken , which is pretty normal, they did a great job of getting me into service. Blaine, my service rep, has been very accommodating and gave me his name as my service contact which makes it a seamless experience in the future. The gentleman in the aftermarket accessorizes department were also very accommodating and made sure I had everything that I wanted.. I will definitely be back when its time. I do need to mention both Sevice Manager and Sales Managers went above and beyond.
