The staff is great, and they answered all of my questions. This was the second time I had them service my car. I will continue going to this dealer for all my Chevy needs.

I got tangled up in their parts departments bad customer service for over a month. The postal service had lost my package and this dealership refused to help me get my part. I contacted the postal service and they said id need to initiate the claim from the shipper , whom in this case is this dealer and they refused to help. I will NEVER do business with this dealer again stay away from their parts counter as well as their online store.

I have given their service department a lot of business on my Yukon and had multiple issues with the service received. Once they damaged my bumper after performing the service and I had to wait extra for them to get it fixed. More recently I spent several thousand dollars on major suspension work and within a few weeks the power steering failed. Should be warranty work on a part but they couldn't coordinate with the parts vendor to do the warranty claim in a timely manner. It took over a week to get fixed even though it was a small job. Edit: changed to 3 stars because it finally got fixed and David Gomez is a good service rep and does what he can to get the job done. Doesn't change the fact I had issues with the department as a whole though.
