Never use for service if you can avoid it. Gave vehicle back damaged and I received worst customer service of any car company Ive ever experienced. My car was in the mendham satellite branch for a simple part replacement under warranty. Gave car back with a busted front splitter. They did fix when I raised it but service manager offered no apologies for damage they did. Car was in for 4weeks being fixed. Receive random call 3 weeks in re part being in and asking where the car is, which was already with them! Get the car back and it comes back unwashed covered in dirt with a thumbprint in the paint on the trunk! That would not wash off. Had to spend more of my time going back to the dealership to be told it would have to go in to the body shop again. Dealing with service manager who you think would show concern or take ownership to address, but really lacks any level of customer service youd expect of a brand like Audi. I have to chase him to get the car booked in and fixed. They did fix at no charge but Ive had my car off the road for over 4 weeks and hours of my time spent chasing for something which was their issue without even an apology for the inconvenience caused. Such a let down for the brand. Need to take a lesson from BMW. Such a shame.
