    Bell Audi deleted my review but I will write again and again. Dont buy vehicle from this dealership. Here is my review I sent to BBB AND FTC AND DIRECTLY TO DEALERSHIP 3/23/24 I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received from your company in regards to the ceramic coating of my brand new 2023 Audi S5. I paid for ceramic coating services for my vehicle, but upon inspection by a professional ceramic coating company, it was confirmed that no ceramic coating had been applied to my car. Furthermore, they stated that it is impossible for such a service to be completed in just a couple of hours, as you claimed. I reached out to your company to seek an explanation for this discrepancy, but to my dismay, no one ( Tommy sale guy who no longer works there but pretended to work there. I have all the text messages ) ( email sent out to Bell Audi management 3 personnels email ) has reached out to me or attempted to clarify the situation. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable and has left me feeling deceived and dissatisfied with the service I paid for. I want to make it clear that I am prepared to take this matter further and will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) if this issue is not resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. I expect a full refund for the ceramic coating services that were never provided, as well as an explanation for the lack of communication and professionalism displayed by your company in handling this matter. I trust that you will take immediate action to address this issue and prevent such incidents from happening to other customers in the future.

    Awful experience from start to finish. If youre starting to reading this, just stop here and avoid this dealership at all costs. I dont post reviews often but have to warn others on this one. From the sales rep to management, no one returns calls, emails or texts. They really dont care about you whatsoever. As soon as you purchase, you will be treated like garbage. I could get into the details however I am just going to leave it at that. Youre better off even paying more at a dealership that has better overall experience and service. No response is necessary from the dealership. Your actions (or lack there of) spoke louder than any words can.

    Not happy with the vehicle. Right at the end of committing to buy the vehicle saw window sticker and key elements missing in the car that was a 2022 model that was neglected to be relayed to me by the dealer in a timely manner. Sales team were fantastic. But annoyed at the lack of attention to details. After all its all in the details. My car was not cheap but missing key elements is inexcusable.
