Same great service as the past 20 years as started with the two brothers. I worked with one of the agents for auto insurance, and very organized, professional and easy to work with. It is such a pleasure working with Ashland Insurance over the past 20+ years.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this company, and I do not recommend working with them.
I specifically recommend not working with Linda Lingren, Betty Goldey, or Tom Wilson.

Received a call back from an agent shortly after I wrote my first review, which I think was just coincidence. Linda has helped me get great insurance from progressive, which I'm not convinced is the greatest company but having a direct agent to work with should be a good thing in case of any issues with claims. She got me great rates for commercial auto with general liability. Lowered my rates that I was paying to AAA by $100 a month.
