Steve does not deserve 1 star very disrespectful and rude. Our employee needed help getting insurance he does not talk or understand very well. We asked Steve if you could please talk to us with our employees permission and he said NO and would not even let us explain the situation with our employee. Even the DMV understood and helped us out and talked to us with our employees permission. Understanding and compassion with clients goes along way, people like Steve should not be in business.

Steve is such a great guy. Talked with me through my Home, Auto, and RV insurance and felt great about the whole process. We went back and forth and compared options and figured out what plans would work best for our new move to Medford.
