I had a wonderful experience with the Life Storage personnel in Harrisburg Pennsylvania
I was out and about and had so many different things on my mind when I got the friendliest phone call to tell me that I needed to make a payment
It was very nicely spoken I'm very happy that he called me. He was very sensitive to my feelings.
At that point it wasn't that I didn't have the money it's just that I was doing so many things.
I started to give the information to him he was very courteous, very genuine ,very nice,and repeated things back to me
Nick made sure I understood and I just thought it was so nice of him
The experience of having someone care enough about you that they don't want you to have a late fee and they wanted to make your payment.
My life has been so hectic and just that simple reminder was just so nice that people really do care about you
As I went home I made another call just to make sure that none of the information that I had given him on the phone would be compromised and he assured me that no one heard him repeating my number back to me and that things would be okay.
He also proceeded to tell me if anything happens told me what to do about that so I just thought it was so nice that he went the extra mile to make sure that the customer was taken care of

Mechanicsburg location is clean and staff are super helpful and friendly!! Thank you! Im actually going to rent a second unit from them.I have too much stuff!!
