Over the last (4) years, Prime Storage Mechanicsburg has been our go-to location to store our travel trailer in their secure outdoor lot. I want to take a moment to commend General Manager Matt for being so flexible and understanding as we made the transition to a larger camper, and therefore a larger parking space. Apparently, our timing was impeccable, as a site which would accommodate our new camper became available. Since Matt knew of our needs, he was great about communicating this availability and honored our continued loyalty to this Prime Storage location. For a very short time, we had both of our trailers stored there! He was very up-front about our new rate and the time overlap, and made the cutover process seamless when our original camper sold. I continue to feel that our property is secure at Prime Storage Mechanicsburg in their well-lit, double-security-coded, video-monitored outdoor lot. Again, we can't thank Matt enough for accommodating our storage needs, and for making us feel appreciated as loyal Prime Storage clients. This is how customer appreciation and support are done! Bravo!

Clerk did a great job getting me in and out and was super polite, knowing I was really pushy and in a hurry. She did amazing!
