Lovely building, excellent activity department, food excellent and competent caring nursing department. They have a Medical Director who visits weekly to address any issues. The Business Office Director-Meghan does an amazing job with communication and very knowledgeable with financial needs.

Such a lovely building. The staff were attentive to needs while I visited. I enjoy the open area to move about and the Bistro, Fireside Room and Grand Piano to play. I was able to sing with the clients and found them so enjoyable to be around.

Pacifica cares and listens about the residents and staff. I am so impressed with the response about concerns in the building. They have a fantastic team caring for the residents.

I wish I could put zero stars. The executive director in this so called establishment is an embarrassment to the company & its image. She justifies neglecting the residents by saying she’s the ED and can do what she wants. it brings me great sadness for residents, families, and especially staff. This woman is never there, doesn’t know who her staff are when they’ve been there for months, & neglects residents for 8hrs at a time because she thinks rooms are vacant & doesn’t check them. Get it together!
