        Mr. Rooter of McHenry has always been very courteous and responsive. Recently I have been working with Jordan who efficiently has installed 2 pumps and an ejection drain for one of the sump pumps. The company is easy to communicate with and timely in sending help.

        Jordan was great! He is very knowledgeable and the companys prices are the best Ive ever seen. Regardless of the repair cost, you can be rest assured you are in good hands.

        DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY! They would recieve 0 stars if possible. This company is a joke and has the worst customer service I've ever seen! If you're looking for a plumber to show up without the proper tools then overcharge you and give you attitude then this the right place for you

        Great company! We have had them out to fix plumbing issues a couple times since we bought our house and they provided great service each time. The most recent time was when we had sub-zero temperatures a couple weeks ago. The tech helped us with our issue and also went out of his way to help us unfreeze a pipe going to the outside of our house.
