We will not refund your money with blinking eyes with light smile. I cant forget branch managers face when I asked refund of unfair account service charge. I even felt racial discrimination.

Was looking for a bank close to home so I thought I'd try PNC. I called to set a time to come in and set up an account they said they prefered to do that by appointment. We get there as scheduled and 35 mins later we were still sitting there and the guy who was supposed to be taking care of us was already with somebody else but came out of his office to address another employee but never addressed us or even said I'll be with you in a few, sorry for the wait ..nothing! So we walked out an didn't get a phone call to reschedule or apologize and had my number to do so. PNC= Professionally Not Competent.
