      image This location is not busy and I don't want to go back. Workers carts are more important than people spending money with this store. As soon as I got there, the girl came right in the aisle to do her work and I couldn't see what I was looking for. Did not have a good vibe at all at this store.

      image Waited at least ten minutes ONLY for the associate to come check my ID for a paint purchase at self checkout because she was busy with another customer FOR AT LEAST ten minutes at a register. I was so busy worrying about getting out of there because this made me late for my daughters school pickup that I forgot the item at the check out.
      I wonder how much money Michaels has to lose on would-have-been sales because of how many people dont want to wait in their ridiculous lines because they dont feel like adding more checkout people.
