Store was well stocked and carries fabric. Store was way under staffed. 15 min wait to get fabric cut. Then the poor lady was badgered with questions being the only staff member anyone can find.

I went to simply pick up an online order. It wasnt in the self serve bin so I had to wait in the checkout line to be helped. After listening to the cashier casually chat with the customer ahead of me for about 10 minutes and then calling a manager for help for a price issue, I thought Id finally be acknowledged. To my surprise, the manager helped the cashier with the customer ahead of me, then proceeded to leave the area. Still, no one greeted me let alone asked if I needed assistance. I stopped the manager and explained to her I just needed to pick up an order. She simply responds whats the name? Not, Hello, Im sorry for the wait, thank you for your patience. Just, whats the name? As a customer of a store, nothing is quite as disheartening as not being acknowledged after youve patiently stood in line for over ten minutes, being passed up by two employees without so much as a hello. You wouldve thought I was invisible.
