As a small business owner I do not like to leave a bad review but in this case I decided to share my experience to help other customers be aware. I prefer to share the facts. 1/2023 I purchased a BRAND new Juki sewing machine from them. Top of the line, Table top version of the professional machine. (We use this Machine for bridal sewing everyday. Great machine (or it was) Jan 2024 Took the machine in for routine maintenance. It was working fine! Picked it up two weeks later. *The moment I turned it on I could tell something was off. A clicking sound was happening that wasnt there before. Opened bobbin case to find it just as dirty with lint as it had been. We used it for few weeks but the timing was off, kept breaking needles, cant change the stitch length. *I called them to tell them what happened. They said they would send a currier the next day between 10-2 to pick it up. Never showed up, when I called he said he call me right back and never did. *Took the machine to another place to have it repaired. I was told it was a mess and clearly worked on by someone who didnt know what they were doing. Timing was all off, screws were damaged and the best part is now l can NEVER change the stitch length again as it was broken. They gave me refund on the initial maintenance but now my machine is BROKEN after one year of use and I had to pay even more to get it repaired at another place. They clearly do not have professionals working on these machines. Buyer Beware is all I can say.

I took my sewing machine for fix and they told me we will fix it within 10 days, but now its been more than 20 days and they are saying we are waiting for parts and we don't know how long it will take, their staff is rude not fixing the issue and keeps creating the problems. Never visit such a rude staff.

Sewing Center is a Sewist Wonderland! I have been sewing for 66 yearssince I was eleven and I have never been to a more wonderful sewing place. Not only do they have everything a Sewist needs, but the owner Mel is a world of knowledge and so very accommodating. Fabulous Experience!
