      image I was Happier when BMO was Bank of the West. I deposited a check in an account but since I had to reopen my savings account they processed the check as a "new" account. I have been a customer of BOW since 2014 now dealing with BMO the reply i get when i ask for help is "sorry, there's nothing we can do". I mean wow, the check cleared through the other bank but its still on hold? I'm sorry this is just piss poor customer service. particularly at this branch in Mantica. Maybe its time to look for a bank.
