Chase Bank

They are so rude here. They never answer their phone so you have to go in and then when you ask them questions they have no answers or they treat you like youre dumb. I wont be coming to this location any longer. Im actually considering switching all my accounts to another bank. Chase has to realize these are the people on your frontlines and at this point chase doesnt offer enough incentive to make dealing with the lack of customer Service worth it.

I have Power of Attorney and hospital letter that my husband who had a stroke and brain surgery and cannot sign or handle his affairs and Chase wants more than other banks to allow access- verification letter from the paralegal preparer that they did prepare the POA. US Bank was wonderful and encouraging -I can pay his bills with the doctors and hospital letter and POA letter. US Bank is the way to go- this isnt my bank either, but Im impressed. Check with your bank what they need if you have to sign on someones account. Chase makes it difficult and has to set up an appointment where the other banks dont have that nonsense- you walk right in and talk to loan officer or whoever you need. As soon as possible I will withdraw every cent and take it to another bank.

The lobby hours are different than walk in hours and that should really be stated if I loose my card I can't get into the locked lobby.
